Selection Process and Criteria

Places in the Nakotah Founding Guild Intensive are limited in order to maintain a high level of mentoring engagement.

Applicants are therefore selected through a structured review process.

Applications are evaluated according to the following criteria:

• Clarity of Vision – the applicant's ability to articulate what they are building.

• Community Impact – the potential benefit of the enterprise for Indigenous communities.

• Enterprise Viability – the sustainability and practicality of the enterprise model.

• Strategic Readiness – the extent to which the founder is ready for highlevel mentoring.

• Commitment – willingness to fully engage with the programme and cohort.

Selection is based on alignment with the mission of Nakotah Indigenous Enterprise and the readiness of applicants to benefit from the mentoring process.
